Privacy Policy

Euro365 ("we", "us", "our") provides a developer API and widget for sports-betting data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have. It applies to api.euro365.bet and our developer portal.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us

We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials. Payment data is handled by Stripe, PayPal, or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) under their own privacy terms.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

We log IP addresses for security and rate-limit enforcement. Logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days unless required longer to investigate suspected abuse or comply with law.

1.3 Cookies

The developer portal uses essential cookies for session state (login). The marketing landing pages may set a basic analytics cookie. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-network trackers.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service: authenticate API keys, meter usage against your plan, deliver requested data.
• To bill you and handle refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
• To send transactional emails (sign-up confirmation, plan changes, security alerts).
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To improve and develop the Service (in aggregated, non-identifying form).
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of vetted service providers ("sub-processors"):

• Stripe — card payment processing
• PayPal — alternative payment method
• NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, DNS
• Hosting providers — infrastructure for the API and portal

Each sub-processor is contractually bound by its own data-protection terms. We do not transfer personal data to processors outside the bounds of providing the Service.

4. Legal bases (GDPR / EEA users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on these legal bases:

• Contract — to provide the Service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to secure our infrastructure, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
• Legal obligation — to retain billing records and respond to lawful requests.
• Consent — for any optional analytics, withdrawable at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Receive an export of your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@euro365.bet from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

• Account data — kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure for security and dispute resolution.
• Billing records — retained for the minimum period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 5-10 years).
• API access logs — up to 90 days.
• Security incident records — up to 24 months.

7. Security

API keys are stored hashed where possible and revocable from the portal at any time. The API is served over HTTPS only. We restrict internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting your account, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.

8. International data transfers

Our infrastructure may store and process data in multiple regions. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA/UK, we rely on European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
