These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Euro365 sports-data API, developer portal, widget, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Euro365 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, generating an API key, or making any request to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential. All activity that occurs under your account or API key is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or stale information.

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we determine, in our sole reasonable judgement, that you have violated these acceptable-use restrictions.
The Service is offered on tiered plans, including a free tier with monthly request limits. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency (processed by NOWPayments). All fees are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
You authorise us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the developer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Because the Service is delivered continuously and metered by request volume, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may, at our sole discretion, issue prorated credits for documented Service outages exceeding our published uptime commitments.
Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible once confirmed on the relevant blockchain. We rely on our payment processor (NOWPayments) for confirmation and fiat conversion; we are not responsible for blockchain delays, exchange-rate movements, or wallet errors on your side.
Each plan has a stated per-minute request limit. Requests exceeding the limit may receive a 429 Too Many Requests response. Sustained abuse, distributed pattern requests designed to bypass per-key limits, or anomalous load may result in temporary throttling or key revocation.
All sports-event metadata, market definitions, odds, scores, and other content returned by the Service is licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the duration of your active subscription. You may display, transform, and embed this data in your own products. You may not resell or sublicense the raw feed as a substitute data product to other developers.
The Euro365 widget is licensed for embedding inside your own properties. White-labelling is permitted; redistributing the widget bundle as a standalone product is not.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the API endpoints and the widget delivery network. Scheduled maintenance, third-party data-provider outages, force-majeure events, and routine deployments are excluded from uptime measurement. If you require a formal contractual SLA with credits, contact us — this is available on enterprise plans.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Odds and event data are aggregated from third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and you should not rely on the data for placing legal wagers without independent verification. Settlement decisions on any wager placed using our data remain with the relevant licensed sportsbook.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Euro365, its affiliates, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your payment fails, or if your usage threatens the stability, security, or legality of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling all active subscriptions and ceasing use of the Service.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence specify otherwise.
